Top notch service! I took my RAM 2500 in for a oil change/tire rotation. Seyer got me in and out, had a very nice waiting area and the staff there were very friendly. Also their price for service was very reasonable and much less than another local dealer. They have a good reputation that is well deserved. Even though I live much, much closer to another dealer I'm making Sawyer Motors my go to for any of my RAM needs and I will keep coming back!
Excellent customer service. Everyone I talked to on the phone or in person was extremely pleasant. As a new customer, I came in for first visit to take care of a free factory recall service on a used Wrangler I just purchased. I asked Sawyer to do a thorough check on the car at the same time. When I picked up the car, expecting to pay for the check, I found out there was no charge. That's unheard of. Looking forward to bringing my Jeep back to Sawyer for years to come.

When I went to Sawyer to lease my Jeep 2 years ago I had an amazing experience and couldn’t wait until the next time. That time has come as our family has grown quite a bit and though it was a slow start it was yet another fantastic experience. It’s a very fun environment and the staff is very friendly. They were so patient with my 15 month old son who touched every vintage item in the show room and they even gave him a cool little gift! I truly enjoyed working with Ray as he was very communicative and really managed to work within my tight budget. Macy was also wonderful, warm and welcoming. I love my new SUV! Once again can’t wait until the next time :)
The staff here is absolutely amazing. From the second I walked in I felt good energy. Mike helped me with getting the perfect car. He was honest about what I may not need to make it affordable for me. He was very patient with me and helping me make last minute changes and kept me updated throughout the process. He didn’t make me feel like I was annoying him or bothering him ever which I usually feel when buying a car. I almost am never fully happy with a buying process and I can honestly say this was the best experience ever. Don’t have a single complaint! I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!
